Cadi Kadlecek is a versatile professional with a wealth of experience as a teacher, coach, and marketing expert. As a former speech coach for several colleges and high schools, she has an impressive track record of developing nationally competitive students across 11 events. Kadlecek is a former national champion in Prose Interpretation and has also received the AFA-NIET All-American Award for her success in forensics. With 13 years of curriculum development experience, Kadlecek brings expertise to Speak2compete. Though she now works as a Senior Marketing Associate for a tech company, Kadlecek remains deeply committed to helping others develop their communication skills.

Kris Kracht has had a successful career in forensics coaching, which included directing the Gustavus Adolphus College Forensics program for 13 years and the Gustavus Summer Speech Institute for nine years. During his tenure, Gustavus was ranked in the top 10 in the history of collegiate forensics, with Kris coaching 16 national finalists, 79 state champions, and 5 AFA-NIET All-Americans. Apart from being a top-level forensics coach, Kris is also a Mental Performance Coach for South Dakota State University Athletics, where he helps student-athletes improve their mental game. He develops strategies to keep athletes focused, motivated, and confident on and off the field, managing their psychological and emotional demands of competition and training. Kris's combination of coaching and mental performance expertise is essential to the SPEAK2compete team.
